New approvals
We’re always looking to expand our portfolio of approved devices and offer greater flexibility to our customers.
To request approval for a new device, complete the attached form and email it to EMDapproval@etihad.ae with the subject line: Make and model of the device.
Please include:
- Certificate/declaration of conformity
- RTCA/DO‑160 EMI test report (if device emits signals)
- UN38.3 battery test report · Device datasheet/specification
- Any relevant certifications
- Details on industry usage
Approvals are based on document quality and assessed case by case.
