For Non-UAE customers, it is requested that you contact our GSA’s for this process.
Each animal requires different documentation depending on various factors such as the type of the animal (whether it is under CITES- Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna & Flora) and the final destination and country of origin. However, almost all AVI will need to have: Health certificate Import /Export permit Vaccination (Pets/ Birds) Passport

Maintaining the safety of day-old chicks

Day-old chicks leave their ideal environment with a temperature of approx. 97.5 - 98 ˚F (36.4 - 36.7 ˚C), relative humidity at around 60 per cent and air circulating at high speed. It’s imperative that as soon as they leave this climate, they are in safe hands. Etihad Cargo has extensive experience in transporting day-old chicks and hatching eggs. Our well trained, dedicated handling worldwide ensures proper pallet build up and ventilation as well as in-house EU inspection facilities in Amsterdam and Frankfurt.
